How to create a ticket in helpdesk?

  1. Login to Ayata Commerce Helpdesk using your credentials
  2. Click on Open a New Ticket
  3. Choose the correct Help Topic
    1. Choosing a wrong help topic will deliver the ticket to wrong department
  4. Enter the Issue Summary and a Description
  5. Attach some screenshots or logs which will help getting solution faster
  6. Click on Create Ticket
